ENVÍO DE LAS OBRAS
Tanto las obras originales como las impresiones son adecuadamente empaquetadas y protegidas para su envío al comprador. Dependiendo del soporte y formato de la obra se utilizarán diferentes tipos de empaquetados. Habitualmente se utilizarán tubos y sobres de cartón para el envío de acuarelas e impresiones y paquetes específicamente preparados y protegidos para otro tipo de soportes (tablas, lienzos, etc.).
TIEMPO DE PREPARACIÓN DE LOS ENVÍOS
Por lo general, el tiempo de preparación del envío de la obra original está entre 24 y 72 horas desde que el pedido se ha efectuado por parte del comprador. El tiempo de envio puede variar entre 4 y 15 días para las impresiones y entre 7 y 20 días para las obras originales, dependiendo del país de destino
ADUANAS
El cliente es responsable del pago de los aranceles y derechos de aduana que, en su caso, sean aplicables a la obra original dependiendo del país donde se realice el envío.

DELIVERY OF ARTWORKS
Both the original works and the prints are adequately packaged and protected for shipment to the buyer. Depending on the support and format of the work, different types of packaging will be used.
